Most custom awnings in Southern Oregon range from $4,000 to $12,000, depending on size, fabric, frame style, and motorization. Exterior solar shades and zip-track screens vary based on width, height, and hardware but can range from $1,500 to $7,000 depending upon features and size.

Once your awning is manufactured, most installations take 3 to 5 hours. We handle measurements, ordering, and professional installation so the process is simple and stress-free.

Absolutely. Our awnings are designed for sun, wind, and seasonal weather conditions common in Southern Oregon. We also offer optional wind sensors that automatically retract motorized awnings during high winds for added protection.  It is important to note that awnings are not a rain solution.  If you want permanent rain protection, you need to invest in a more permanent structure like a pergola with a roof.  

You can leave your awning out in light rain if it’s angled so water runs off, but it should never be left out in heavy rain, storms, or strong wind. Pooling water can cause damage, and your awning is not warrantied for weather-related issues if left out in the rain. If you see water collecting, retract it immediately. If you roll it up wet, be sure to extend it later to let it dry fully.

Our awnings withstand winds of 50–75 mph in tests by an independent laboratory. However damage caused by excessive wind or water pooling on the fabric is not covered under warranty, so it’s wise to use your best judgment. It can withstand wind but we recommend retracting in high wind conditions. We also offer wind sensors to retract your awning in high wind situations to protect your awning from damage.
